1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phdeam website located at phdeam.cam (the "Website") or any associated mobile applications, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms & Conditions may be amended or updated from time to time at phdeam's sole discretion. Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Services are intended exclusively for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and use. You agree not to access the Services if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. phdeam reserves the right to verify your location using IP address tracking, GPS data, or other technical means and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be accessing the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You may only register one (1) account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify phdeam of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phdeam shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

2.4 Identity Verification

phdeam reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Such documentation may include a government-issued photo identification card (Philippine national ID, driver's license, passport, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, phdeam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access with other individuals
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence to access the Services or place wagers
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your phdeam account using the payment methods made available on the Website, which may include GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, and credit or debit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. phdeam reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks and to refuse or reverse deposits suspected of being fraudulent or derived from illegal activities.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all requested identity documents provided and approved
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotions
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time

phdeam processes withdrawal requests within five (5) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and may take additional time. phdeam reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals below the minimum threshold or for excessive withdrawal requests within a short time period.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

phdeam is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering purposes will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phdeam may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

phdeam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Games and Betting

• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward phdeam staff or other users
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe
• Failure to respond to phdeam communications regarding account issues
• Prolonged account inactivity (no login or wagering activity for twelve consecutive months)

Upon account termination, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to phdeam. You will not be entitled to compensation for any inconvenience, loss of earnings, or other damages resulting from account suspension or termination.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials available on the phdeam Website and through the Services (collectively, "Content") are the property of phdeam or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The phdeam name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of phdeam. Use of any phdeam trademarks without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdeam and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if phdeam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall phdeam's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Services exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

You acknowledge that the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phdeam does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phdeam and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Services

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and phdeam.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phdeam may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and phdeam and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

13.2 Amendment

phdeam reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised terms on the Website. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or account notification. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms & Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior written consent from phdeam. phdeam may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party without restriction.
